What is Havyaka Parent Network?

HPN is a free platform for Havyaka parents, who have marriage age children, and are

interested in networking with other parents with similar interests.

Through HPN, parents can share experiences, exchange leads and help each other

Please note HPN is for Havyaka parents with children currently in USA and Canada

How different is HPN from Traditional Matrimony?

Please note that HPN is NOT a traditional matrimony website which sets up people for “arrange’ marriages

HPN is more like a bulletin board. It provides a platform for parents to exchange information.

We suggest parents use contact information from HPN to introduce boys n girls.

Through HPN, a parent can directly meet other parents who are looking for alliance for their son/daughter or get a lead on somebody else in the Havyaka community

Parents need to take initiative and follow-up with their children and find ways to introduce their children

How does HPN WhatsApp group work?

Interested HAA parents will join HPN Whatsapp group and share their information.
HAA parents will also encourage other HAA members of similar interest to join HPN.
HPN members will use the platform to share experiences and help each other’s with leads.
If a suitable alliance prospect is found – respective parents will connect with other parents first and discuss the details. If the parents find there is mutual interest, they will take it offline and introduce their children to each other as/when they find it appropriate

What information to share on Whatsapp group?

On Whatsapp, group members need to share only basic information like

Boy/Girl, Age, Education, Profession, Location
Specify if born/brought up in North America
Visa status
Parents name/phone number and email
No need to provide photo, Jataka etc. That information can be exchanged between two involved parties, directly, later on

If parents want to stay anonymous, they can contact HPN admins directly and provide details privately and admins will treat their information accordingly
